Self-Defence - Health - Philosophy Direct lineage traditional Seven Stars Praying Mantis Kung Fu under Sifu Mike Purnell and Sigung Kwing Fai Kung. It is our mission that through desire, discipline and dedication students learn the art of Seven Stars Praying Mantis Kung Fu. Seven Stars Praying Mantis Kung Fu also practices kickboxing and Muay Thai. Club athletes become members of the CMTC-A (Canadian Muay Thai Council – Amateur) and compete in sanctioned events throughout Western Canada. Beginners welcome.
