Advance at your own pace in a fun and exciting environment. Learn basic kicks, punches, grabs, holds, forms and weapons. Our style has ancient history which is reflected with a vast array of forms and weapons one could study and perfect!
Each class will challenge you with something new, or an area to analyze and improve in.
Classes start with warm-ups and stretching to avoid injury and end with a vigourous workout to improve strength and cardiovascular endurance.
